Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team and take the lead in crafting compelling digital content that showcases our brand and communities. This role focuses heavily on content creation and visual storytelling across social media platforms to engage current and potential residents, highlight our unique developments, and communicate our brand message. If you have a knack for capturing and creating content that inspires, informs, and resonates, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Produce high-quality and visually engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Social Media Strategy: Plan, develop, and implement content strategies that align with marketing goals and reflect our brand’s tone and message.
Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and create a sense of community around our brand.
Trend Research: Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to enhance content relevance and effectiveness.
Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing team to build narratives around new developments, community features, and resident stories.
Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve content strategies and engagement rates.
Scheduling & Optimization: Develop a posting schedule optimized for reach and engagement, considering platform-specific metrics and audience insights.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and drive cohesive storytelling.
SEO & Web Traffic Monitoring: Apply basic SEO practices to social media posts to boost visibility and monitor web traffic impact.

Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality content across social media channels (portfolio or examples required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in photo and video editing software (AI Content Creation, Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
Strong Communication: Ability to craft compelling captions, narratives, and posts that engage and inform.
Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
Adaptable & Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Extra points: Knowledge of Autodesk, After Effects, or other 3D rendering software.
